Overhaul and Repair Process
Disassemble and all components prepared for cleaning.
All critical clearances and dimensions recorded.
Inspection undertaken for wear, corrosion, erosion and cavitation.
Submit required report identifying if damage caused is due to pump not operating.
Repair work undertaken and any required parts, such as seals, bushings, O-rings or impellers replaced with OEM parts or reverse engineered when required.
Re-assembled, painted to customer specification, balanced and performance tested before being returned to the customer for re-installation.

We have 25years experience in ship repair in ABS and NAVSEA standards. We run a full-fledged business offering the highest quality repairs at affordable prices.
